“ 1992 Fleer would be one of the last years before I would go into my unintended hiatus from the hobby until around 2005/6 ” -captkirk42
“ The Royals current pitching coach. I liked this set a lot growing up, still do. ” -jupiterhill
“ I know many will probably pan this set, but I like it. ” -vrooomed
“ I really liked these cards as a kid. ” -suomibear8
“ Nothing ground-breaking about this set, but I've seen worse. I just bought a factory set of 1992 Fleer last week for $6.00, so not all bad! ” -cckeith
“ Anybody could have played in the majors back in the late 80's and early 90's. Dave here proved that. ” -carthage44
“ Not a bad looking set. Numbers are easy to read so they were easy to sort if you had hundreds of them. This is a set im sure I will eventually try to finish. ” -switzr1
switzr1 - tell us what you are missing and I bet most of us could complete it for you. I have 10,000 commons in a box.

I will entertain trades but please don't offer me a 1993 Dave Stieb for a Nolan Ryan rookie. I prefer player for player (at least similar era and similar stardom).
Scale of 1-10, I give it a 6. Of course, I am an old fart. Yes, I like the large numbers on the back, a big plus for sorting, but wish the stats were larger. No need for "Eiland" to be sideways and take up 1/4 of the card. I do like the team logo.
Sandy's singles: My issue isn't the missing cards. It's that I have about 40,000 cards that I haven't put in the database yet, so until that is done, I don't know what cards I am actually missing, from this or any other "junk wax" era sets. Thank you for the input though. I hope to have everything in by the end of summer.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
