“ One of, if not the best name in the history of sports. Up there with Wonderful Terrific Monds or Milton Bradley. As for the card, just awful. His legs fading away looks bad. The smoke at the bottom is in the same spot as his name and position so it makes it harder to read. This is just a garbage card all around. Also in my opinion the term valor, should be reserved for our troops, not athletes. I hate when athletes compare sports to battles and war. ” -davidhandberry

“ Topps Valor is one of those strange cases for me. For the most part I like the art feel they have, but I have noticed that most of them are too dark in the sense of artistic mood and use of colors. This card when I first saw it I thought it was one of those "too dark" cards, but looking at it from a distance it looks slightly better. Anyway I look at these I think I'll just stick to my Homie Redskins, Rams and PC players. I probably shouldn't even do the PC guys. ” -captkirk42

Billy - regarding the patch on his chest, while I'm not totally sure what it says, many (perhaps all) NFL teams have a practice jersey sponsor, much like the NBA is starting to do with game jerseys.
