Regarding value...wow. These are going for (what I consider to be) asinine amounts on eBay right now for whatever reason. The cheapest I found was $7.99, but for some reason there are others with opening bids up in the $35-$40 range. Can't say I've ever seen an Opening Day card go for that much.

Did I miss something regarding the Opening Day release this year, or is this just a continued case of Bellinger/Judge fever?

I'm sure it was your spell checker's fault, but Bellringer made me laugh! ------------------------------- I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

They’re suckers for the sophomores! Let me tap into my innermost Rick Harrison. I’d say that on a good day, for the right buyer, at retail value, you might get somewhere near the $30-$35 range. However, your best bet may be at auction, as the hardcore Bellinger fans might shell out good money for the cards. An opening bid of $10-$15 would be a good start.
