SHort answer - yes - there are functions that will do the things you asked. Long answer is you'll have to enter in the cards you want and the cards you have. I have only entered my want list (I have too much to ever get it all on the site). Because of that, I tend to initiate my trades. Anyway, once you have either of those lists (or both) loaded in the site, there are links on your collection page that allow you to search other members' lists for matches on yours.
