You can click any individual member, then click on their collection , then click on their sale/trade list or their wantlist, if they have one. You can also go to any individual set. Let's say you click on Baseball, then clickon sets, then click on any indiviual year, then click on 1990 for example. At the bottom of the page, there will be a line that says "Members with these cards on their wantlists or tradelist" Tthis is all from memory, so I hope I am pretty close.

Welcome aboard!
Currently the site has 12,037 members so don't worry, this question has been asked no more than 12,036 times....;)
If you mark cards as wanted or available for trade, then on your collection page you will have a link to find members who want what you have to trade or have what you are looking for.
If you are interested in trading a particular team or set, you can go to the page for that team or set and there will be a link to find all mebers who 'liked' it.
Poke around the site a bit, there are 30000000000 ways to slice the information and find what you are looking for.

Welcome to a very fun addictive and informative site. It has reguvinated my love obsession for baseball and baseball cards.
It is usually best to see the completed transactions page at the bottom of the site to see which members are actively trading. There are some members who simply track their collections, want lists and trade lists here without actively trading on the site. Another thing to look at is when a member last logged in. Some people built their lists years ago and are no longer active unfortunately. Private messages to particular members are also good as well as the FAQ which has some good info on trading. I like to go to the set that I need cards for and then I click on "collection summary". There is a link there that will show you all members with cards listed for trade in that set. That is a good start for me to steer me to that members page. On each members page you can match your want list to their trade list and vice versa. Proposals can be made from a members site as well. Good communication is key
The transaction manager allows you to build the trades with the member and if you choose method #2, the cards can go from your trade list to their collection while removing it from their wantlist and vece versa if each side marks the trade sent, received, etc. Try to be accurate and up to date with your lists and I assure you it will pay off!
Good luck and maybe we can find some mutual trades!
Dan

For specific cards, you also have the option when looking at the card to select the link to the cards listed in members' collections. This will give you a list of those who haveit in their collection, those in their For Sale/Trade lists and those in their Want list.

The for sale cards and trade cards are on the same list; For Sale/Trade list. There's no distinguishing between the two. If there's a price in the column it could be the price the owner paid for the card, the median price (as reported by members) or the asking price. Once again no way to tell by looking at the list. I'd say most of the active members do trading not selling.
I didn't see it mentioned yet (or I overlooked it), but the first step is to complete your Wantlist and For Sale/Trade list. Once those are up-to-date you can do a Match report. Go to your profile page, click on Collection, scroll down to Reports and "Match items on your Wantlist with...". Or my preference, you can go to an active trading member's page and scroll down to Trading and choose a Match report.
-------------------------------
Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
