Anyone have any experience in the cost of shipping (probably USPS, since it is usually cheapest) for a 3200 count Monster Box?  Probably sending several from Columbus Ohio to Philly area.  Thanks for your input.

Weigh it, and plug in the values on usps.com - the website guides you through the data. With something heavier than 10 lbs or so, UPS, and maybe FedEx, will start to become about the same or less than the USPS. You might want to plug in the numbers on their websites too.

yeh def on the flat rate boxes.. if you break them up into smaller boxes .. stuff them all in there .. save some $$

 Yes.   The medium flat rate box is the way to go.   I had to stock up on 600 ct boxes as the 800 does not fit into those.

Devil (or anyone else that knows), how many 600 ct boxes fit into the medium flat rate box?

 You can fit two 660 ct boxes (not the 600 that I wrote) easily in with room left over.  There will be room for more cards but they would have to be carefully packed length-wise.    I dont know of any other box that would fit with the two 660s.    But just pack the two 660s, one on each side of the medium flat rate, and you can squeeze more cards in between them for safety.    I believe the current rate for a medium flat rate box is $13.60

I've bought lots of approximately 2500 cards in a medium flat rate box before and they ship fine as long as it is packaged well. Unopened packs seem to work well to fill in the unused spaces. Make sure the top has some extra packaging too. I like the 660 count box method mentioned above too. The key is just take the time to pack it well whatever you do.

Go to USPS website and order the "Priority Mail Flat-Rate Regional A" box. It's about the same size as a medium Flat-rate but will only cost $6.60 for up to 15 lbs. of weight. That's about half the cost of a medium f-r box.
