This offer is for 3,500-ish 1987 - 1997 Donruss baseball.
A couple days ago I posted a story in the General Forums about an antique store find I had a couple weekends ago. I got a HUGE amount of cards for an unbelievable price. The details are in my reply to the thread "Free cards?". The Bottom line is that I now have way too many cards for me to store, sort, and sell/trade. (I wouldn't have thought that possible). So, I'm giving them away (sort of). I believe the cards are mostly commons and minor stars, but I have only sorted them by manufacturer so I really don't know what is in there. I did find a Ken Griffey Jr '89 Bowman while sorting sets (that is now on my trade list if you want it), so there might be some good stuff in there. Let me know what you find.
Here's the rules if you want to play:
1. You pay shipping of $15.00 for a medium USPS flat rate box stuffed to the brim with cards. (I think actual shipping is $14.50)
2. Take what you need and pass them along (optional of course).
3. If you think the box is worth more than the $15.00 in shipping, then put a couple bucks ($5 -$10) in my paypal account or better yet send me some cards from my want list. Of course, this is optional all you have to do is pay the $15.00 in shipping and if that's all you want to pay then I'm fine with that.
4. Enjoy getting a big-ol box of cards for cheap.
I'm not sure how this will work out. But alanschwarz posted an interesting concept so I thought I'd try it out. The box is ready to go, I just need an address to send it to.
My two-cents is worth slightly more than a penny.
