Buy/Sell/Trade Forum

Hello, I'd love to get into trading on this site, I'm just skeptical and I also don't have the time to upload all of my doubles because I have closets and rooms full of cards, I'm a big fan of Rookie cards and old cards, I'd love to get a pre 1940s card too! I'd just like some fun trades with awesome people! Can anyone help? 

You'll first have to add some cards to your trade list and want list. When you've got them in, click on a members profile. You will be able to see wether or not they are a trustable source to trade with by their comments section. If you scroll down a bit, you should see links that will match up your trade cards with your wanted cards. Of course, the more of your collection you enter into the database, the more hits you'll get.

Though it is a fair bit of labour to enter all of the cards you have for trade and to complete a wantlist, it is well worth the time.  This enables all active traders as well as yourself to see if you have compatible lists to enable a trade.  Having completed well over 100 trades, 80 in the last year alone, I can cofirm that it was worth every minute I spent completing the lists.  We all started where you are now.

Good catch C2! I have been really busy and have never got around to trading. Would it be best to figure out my collection by using an actual laptop or desktop because it is very tedious on my phone and takes forever.

I don't bother using my phone for anything on this site (or other websites really). I use my laptop all the time on here. I can't imagine how much longer it would take me to do things here using my phone vs. my laptop. Check my profile and collection and you'll see how much I've done with my computer. I doubt that I'd have done a third of that with my phone. And I certainly wouldn't have be able to add scans!

I would suggest not using the phone and entering your collection here using a laptop. In my opinion the problem with creating files is that everyone who wants to trade isn't going to want to deal with your spreadsheets to make the trades because you didn't want to put in the work to enter your collection here. If we were looking at a trade and I had to start looking through some other files you had created and I had to then manually enter the trade into here to update my collection I probably just wouldn't trade with you. Believe me, I understand the time it takes to enter your collection on here as I have months of work to do to get mine done but that is what I am working toward.

Ha i just joined. Im on My cell. I find it easier to use the laptop or pc only to load checklist (set building) anything else problby can be don though text /website communication. What do you look for./collect.
