Year: 1996

Set: Pro Line - Anaheim National (Rate)

Card: #56 Craig Heyward

“ Unusual to see a Scoreboard set that is actually licensed. This is only the 4th I've seen from them that was licensed. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ This is pretty cool, although the last 9 in 499 really gets lost under the name. Not living in the states never had the chance to really experience a show as large as The National. ” -rmpaq5

“ Why!? Why!? Why did they ruin a decent looking card with such an obnoxious overstamp. They couldn't have made it smaller? They couldn't put it on the back? Well, at least they only DESTROYED!! 499 copies of each card. ” -C2Cigars

“ Sensory overload! Okay, I get that this was a National promo or something, but could they have chosen a busier card on which to add a watermark? ” -dilemma19

“ Iron Head Heyward was a BEAST, R.I.P. ” -carthage44

“ BAD 1990s Card. The foil thing about the award stamp taking most of the image area yet you can't read it. Oh there is the team logo, just needs the player's position and team name to be acceptable. Back is actually OK but not great. ” -captkirk42

Calm down guys. I just got a couple of these about a month ago. The cards look SO much better in-person! The "foil" is actually a see-through holofoil coating. Billy, Score Board made many ProLine NFL sets that were licensed in the early-mid '90s. CaptKirk, the position is on the front and back. Team Logo on front and team name on back. These cards really do look much better in-hand!

I have not seen too many football sets so I didn't know that. I am surprised how much hate this card got, although perhaps I shouldn't be as it seems everyone hates every card that comes up.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
