Sunday, April 2, 2017Year: 1996 Set: Signature Rookies Old Judge (Rate) “ I didn't know they were doing throwback sets as far back as 1996. Cool. I like the throwbacks. Signature Rookies usually made unlicensed cards but I can't tell if this is unlicensed or just a nod to the vintage design with the lack of team name. I am not familiar enough with the vintage baseball sets to know. ” -Billy Kingsley
