“ Not a lot of action going on here. Clean design. ” -cjjt

“ Legend! I have a "smattering" of '84 Donruss somewhere, but I don't believe this card! Love it and the set though! ” -bkklaos

“ Baseball's Iron Man , don't have this one ,I will have to find it . Not a bad looking card. ” -uncaian

“ I dislike the larger cards, Hard to store and very difficult to ship. ” -carthage44

“ My all time favorite baseball player! And one of the many cards I don't have yet lol ” -Joshua825

“ Pretty tame for an 80's Donruss card... But anything Cal is always pretty cool! ” -tbshaw

“ The Iron Man. His streak may have started in '82, but on the back of this card is Cal's first year of "G 162". There were many more of those to follow. Oh yeah! ” -CollectingAfterDeath

“ Cal Ripken.... A guy that I sent a TTM to and haven't received yet. ” -TradingCards964

“ Cool card of Cal. Dont like the oversized cards now, mostly because of the storing difficulties. ” -captkirk42

I acquired a huge lot of the Donruss Action All-Stars, made sets and sell/trade the rest. It's true, many collectors don't like them because of storage and display difficulties, that's why many collectors don't have them in their collection. I think they are cool!
