Year: 2011

Set: Panini Stickers (Rate)

Card: #153 Rashad Jennings

“ Foil or black border? Who can tell with foil. Good scan, lackluster card. I don't know why card companies keep thinking a player cutout in front of some digital background is a good idea, as I don't remember encountering anyone who likes that concept. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Thought it looked like an awesome card, then realized it was a sticker. Not a fan of stickers. I have a few in my collection but they tend to be flimsy and hard to keep in good shape. ” -davidhandberry

“ Great front. Lousy back. Remind me again...what's the card number here? ” -kents_stuff

“ The double logo is overkill. ” -carthage44

“ I do like the size of the number. ” -NJDevils

“ Actually a good looking card/sticker. I would totally put this on my mead 5 star trapper keeper in middle school. ” -parsley24

“ Nice sticker. I tend to forget that Panini started with stickers, or at least did stickers well enough that they really should stick with them. Pardon the pun. ” -captkirk42

“ I really enjoyed filling up the sticker books as a kid. Collecting stickers on their own? Not sure I'm a fan. ” -SFC Temple

“ Okay, considering it's Panini. ” -cjjt

To me stickers are made to attract younger people who impulse buy, like kids, who like the player, team logo or decal etc & want too stick it pin their binders or walls. We older collectors can sometimes forget that little kid in us that would do that with these. I bought several binders from kids at the local Hobby Shop (when they existed bcz I only have in an hour drive way now! ) but they would be like 15 yrs old or more and wanting to get a quick buck. Several binders have stickers that are valued in worth well above what shine would price them at. They look like collages really, stuck all over every part of the binder.

I have sticker cards that are not peeled off from way back too. The Upper Deck "Fun Packs" when M.J. played for the Barons in Birmingham, AL actually be same really popular with stickers, glow in the dark stickers and cards, the heat activated covers with plays off stats for actually playing with them were cool too. I remember when they were released I told my buddy that owned the shop that they were too kiddie type for me, but and this is literally the only thing my EX ever liked and I bought bcz of that where the cards ended up being more valuable as they aged.

I like Upper Deck SP in every year they made them above all others. They are consistently, year and out, well valued and usually keep their values over time. The 90's era SP to me are show of the best looking cards to have ever been made.

My 2 cents worth plz another dollar LOL.....

Spellchecker really reworded my comment, using tablet I can't proof read very much due to only having a small character limit you can review. So, excuse my weird wording.....
