One way it tells me 12.85 CDN to ship to me, another its say $3.00 US to ship to me. I think its another screwy listing. Can somebody confirm shipping costs as per USA shipping as I would like the card. Thanks.

Shipping is $3 to USA.

Item location is listed as Cary, NC USA.  Shipping to USA $3.00.  That's what it shows me.  If you're in Canada, I'd imagine the shipping will cost more.

If the seller is using eBay's GSP the shipping costs from the US to Canada, or reversed, is pretty extreme and can not be changed in the invoice.

Way to jump on it C2C! Ebay has ridiculous prices for shipping from one country to another, especially when it can be a ground transport. Anything shipped across North America north to south (or vice versa) should not cost 3x more than shipping east to west in the same country. Just crossing the country borders doesn't cost that much more. Same thing for South America, most of Europe, and many parts of Asia. Going through Customs in any country doesn't jack up the shipping price THAT much.
