Taking another's photograph and duplicating an already-made card is not an ACEO (or ACOE). There is nothing "O" (original) about it. The sports cards that are copies of existing sports cards are counterfeits, plain and simple, and should be reported as such (and if possible in the message to ebay, state the actual card it is a copy of).

I've reported several of these and some appear to have been removed, so maybe we're making some progress?

I hate seeing these on eBay as well. @Watchthebreaks is a fun Twitter follow and he often posts and exposes these and has a "Bad eBay listing of the Day" post. 

These are also one of the reasons I tend to only buy graded vintage cards. I'm sure some fakes still get by the graders, but it's at least some sort of control over reproductions. 

Belated welcome to the site, if I didn't already welcome you. I have repeated your second paragraph regarding graded cards too many times now. I'm with you. I am not, however, on Twitter, though that sounds like a fun follow.
