Where did the site go for 11 minutes ?

It happens quite frequently. Just now the site was gone from 9:36 to 9:47 Pacific Time. 11 minutes is a long outage when I am trying to upload the cards before leaving for work. Is the site down for maintenance ? Is it the ISP ?

Every morning at about 5:10 Eastern time, the site is not accessible. Probably a good time to reset as most are not on the site at that time. That is when I go feed the horses. Usually about five minutes in duration then everythign is back to normal after a log in. I got used to it.
