Hello,

I am a big Milwaukee Brewers fan and in the interest of my card collecting budget that is ALL I collect (although ever this self imposed limit can still mean lots of money)

Here is my challenge to all of the members out there and especially to any team collectors like me.  I spent a bunch of time over the last month finding Brewers cards and tagging them as such in the datbase.  So much tagging that if you look at the stats page here you will see that the Milwaukee Brewers have now risen to the 3rd most cards in the database.  NOW there is no way that a team that is "small market" and has only had cards in exsistance since 1971  should be in the 3rd position.

I challenge all other members pick out the players in the database that are pictured as being from their team and tag them as such!  Come on its only time and a bit of carpal tunnel that is the down side here. 

Lets have many teams pass me on the most cards list  and see how many cards we can get off of the"no team" catagory ..

I have been a member for a little over a year now.  I didn't realize there was a "Stat" tracking function to this site.

I am a collector of Kansas City Royals cards and have been entering their cards in the team category  since I joined.  I have remarked to my family how amused I've been when I go to an insert set or card set.  If there aren't many teams entered, you can be assured the Reds and the Tigers cards are all marked/ entered.  (I've always wondered if this was a result of one passionate collector of each team or several.)

Congratulations on your passion and Brewers collection.

I accept your challenge on behalf of my team, the Royals.  Like your Brewers, we've had a much shorter existence (1969) than many teams but I will endeavor to get them in the top ten before the end of the summer.

 My 500+ Padres won't make a dent in the list, so I ended up clicking whatever cards were on my collection.

By the way, why are the Kansas City Royals listed twice? #24 and #64. 

I wish the other people posting basketball cards would put in the teams when they post the scans...that's when I do it, when I get the scan done and posted.

 I'm even more surprised that the Cleveland Browns are #1 in football!  Pretty much the only time Cleveland has been #1 in ANYTHING, right??

I have been updating my cards each day and whenever I see any cards that are listed as no team and I know the team I have been adding them. I have even found a few that have been listed under the wrong team. Some players have cards issued from the same year say 1990 and are featured with two different teams.
