 The database says there are two different black border parallels for 2011 Topps baseball, one being "Black" and the other being "Wal-Mart Black".  Assuming that's correct, how does one tell the difference between the Wal-Mart black bordered cards and non-Wal-Mart black bordered cards?  Is one rarer and/or serialized?

The non-Walmart blacks are serial numbered xx/60. Walmarts are not serial numbered at all.

I did a quick little google research. Apparently the regular black ones are serial #d /60 (on back) and the Wal-Mart Black are not serial numbered.

Plus: The Wal-Marts have the background tinted black so it looks like the player is in a "black" void and the regular black are just the black borders with picture background untouched.

Is it safe to say that most of the scans, as well as the sample card, are incorrect?

 It looks like the scans submitted for both sets are using cards from the Wal-Mart set.  I did a quick look at some of the scans of both sets and it looks like most of them show the "blacked out" background and the cards aren't serialized.  That's what led to my question in the first place because it appeared there weren't any differences in the cards.
