Just caught the list of what's in the New Panini Nascar Sets.

Did they do any research on why people stopped buying from other

companies that put them out of business.

38 Insert Sets and 11 Parallel Sets is totally ridiculous for any form of card sets.

One auction (not dissing what cards are selling for, YET),

had a listing of what you get in boxes,

it listed a parallel set with 149 cards and you get one (1) card per box.

Enough to turn any casual collector away.   Though it appears most of the

boxes sold so far have gone to online (ebay) stores (lots of buy now with lots of boxes available).

LOL to me thats sounds about typical isnt it ?!?!?!?!? I quit buying hobby boxes when A) the greenback killed our loonie again and B) the exact above reason you list above !! ;)

They don't really care about true collectors. It's the flippers they cater to.

If they sell out, and have made a profit, then they consider it a success.

I am so glad I only collect pro set, worst set is power with 1 base set parallel, a few easy to find insert sets which also have a parallel but sets these days with so many inserts etc s way out of my price range
