My fave QB alongside my Homie Sonny Jurgensen. Both were the QB for their respective teams when I became aware of and started liking football. It would take a few years for me to understand any of it. An odd life-story of mine, My vague memories of the time (as I was 5 or under at the time). A was extremely quiet and have always been on the shyside. My family was concerned that maybe I had a hearing problem or had some kind of mental problem since I was so quiet. They sent me to an Easter Seals center for some hearing tests. I have vague memories of the hearing test and going to the center a few times but specific details I know nothing about. The hearing tests indicated I was normal but I wasn't talking. Apparently my folks were about on their last hopes with the situation. One of the male staff nurses at the center to notice of the stuff I was drawing, which were little football men wearing number 18. The "nurse" (for lack of a better term, maybe he was a hearing technician or speach specialist I don't know but I was told he was a nurse) asked me about what I was drawing and I supposedly told him I was drawing my favorite football player Roman Gabriel. I then apparently started talking like normal, well as normal as a shreaking little kid's loud screaming voice can be. I guess I lateched onto the Rams because I was born in early April under the sign of Aries. That or it was that dang Gilligan's Island episode that Roman guest starred in as a savage headhunter.
