While the 15-card set has the same identification WS-1, WS-2 ... as the Box Set, the Images are different. Would that alter its value in any form?

I don't think the blister packs were any harder to come by than the box set so I think the value is likely the same.  However, since there are different images, the blister pack checklist should be added as a set.
