In the Note field, commas are the "delimiter" - meaning, if multiple abbreviations or acronyms (AAs) need to be used, separate with a comma so the database picks them up separately.
Additionally, if the PR or SN is more than 4 digits, do not use a comma as a thousands separator - the database will treat it as 2 entries. (Example, the PR is 10,000 - use "PR10000", not "PR10,000" [even if it's easier to read] because the database will pick that up as "PR10" and "000".)
So, as SDC already put, use "AU, PR99". Also, when an entire set has multiple AAs being used, Admin has requested that they be in alphabetical order. The exception to that is when there is an outlier here and there. then have the whole set be - for example - "AU, MEM, SN###" except the oddball ones "AU, MEM, SN###, EXCH" - like that. Admin has indicated that the "EXCH" then stands out as exceptions to the others in the set and is easier to read.
