Can someone please take me through the process step by step. I am having no luck. i just entered a checklist for 1983 Phillies Greatest Moments Postcards if you want to see what I'm talking about

First, separate the slash (/)  "name / name".  Then at the checklist click on "Check Names", then click on "Link Multi-Name Entries".  Red boxes will show up in the far right column for unlinked names.

Yes, in the Name field, they are unclickable. If you look below the scan of the card, you'll see the name links. They are clickable links.
