I've been in New Jersey for the past few weeks and was wondering if anyone knows of some card shops near Edison. Anyone?

There's Banker Bill's Sports Card Shop 435 Amwell Rd. #8 Hillsborough NJ. I think it's about 35 minutes away from Edison. I go there to buy supplies. Nice guy. I don't buy cards from him though because he doesn't carry alot of soccer which is what I collect.

You going to be in NJ over the weekend?
If so, see if you can find your way down to Pennsauken. It's about an hour away. See my post about Dickie Noles signing event.

Sorry, but when I'm in New Jersey I'm engaged in my other passion...authentic vintage diners.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

LOL, that sucker looks right out of an episdoe of the X-Files. I can hear the music. Either that or the diner that Gibbs always eats at in NCIS.

Chuck, we actually ate at Edison Diner yesterday - according to their sign they've been serving >65 years - and it was great. Had three eggs over easy with ham steak and a side of bacon. I'm on a low carb diet, and was extremely tempted to eat their home fries which looked fantastically delicious, but I didn't indulge.
Don't know that I can convince my wife and daughter to travel west, Dan, for anything sport-related. Especially after already getting the OK to stop by the nearby card shop today.

I didn't know other people shared this interest. My wife and I love vintage diners. Our passion started while living in California along the old Route 66.

Well, if you ever get over to Red Deer, there's the Queen's Diner.
