In Texas we just say, "Happy Thanksgiving!" Enjoy your friends and family. We'll be trying something different today as alongside the traditional turkey we'll have roasted duck. And since I'm on a low carb diet we're trying an alternative to cornbread dressing made from riced cauliflower. I'll report later on its success with the family.

Riced cauliflower is good. They also make cauliflower tater tots now, Green Giant. Not bad if watching carbs/sugars as I am.

Whipped cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes is also very good. We are having that today. If you put enough butter and gravy on them, you can hardly tell the difference.

Spending my first Thanksgiving away from home this year (worked until 7 PM last night and head in from 2:30-midnight tomorrow - ugh. At least I'm off today!). But the girlfriend is finishing up dinner (I learned to stay out of her way quickly), we have a friend from Utah who couldn't go home staying with us for dinner, there's football on the TV, and I've got a lot to be thankful for.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, and know that I am thankful for each and every one of you, not just in the cardsphere, but for knowing such genuine human beings!
Blessings,
Jason

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everyone has somebody to share the holiday with. Be thankful for everything you have. When I think of where my life was a few years ago, to where I am today, I can't help but to give thanks. I just got home from lunch with my parents. Now I'm gonna mess around with my cards for a while. I'll add that I'm thankful for this site, and you fine people on the forums. I went thru a pretty rough stretch earlier this year, and the TCDB forums helped me get through it. So thanks to all of you too!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
