I offered him (Cardenas76) a trade on Oct. 8th of this year, he accepted and recieved my cards Oct. 17th. I didn't recieve his and asked on several occassions what was going on. He was vague, mentioned something about a mixup, then after questioning him again, he finally gave me a tracking number. I finally recieved his cards around Dec. 8th --- 2 months after initial contact. I gave him positive, but not glowing feedback. I was disappointed by the delay and poor communication, was pleased with the cards he sent, as he did complete the order. I was thinking about giving him neutral feedback, but they did come, and I wasn't ever really sure why the delay and didn't want to assume anything. I initiated the trade with him, but will be reluctant to trade anymore unless I hear of a change in his ways.
