Hello, my name is Billy. I am from central Florida. I have 4 kids and have been married almost 16 years. I work M-F as fleet supervisor over Police and Fire and I work weekends as a fully sworn Police Officer for a small town.
I have been collecting since the mid 80's. I got really heavy into collecting when I by a whim discovered Pat Nesheks forum. I made Pats site my home for many years and grew my collection between his site and eBay, About 5 years ago or so Pats site pretty much died when most trading went to Facebook. I have been missing the forum type community since then. I believe I have found what I have been looking for right here, This place feels comfortable to me and I look forward to many many years here!
Thank you to those who have already helped me out here. I am addicted to adding my cards to the site, even though it is overly time consuming and at some point my wife is going to miss me.
Billy, your a good dude, I enjoy seeing you help everyone.

Welcome Billy ........... my wife loves the site almost as much as me, for the most basic or reasons, it keeps me home and happy. Me and Jr hang out dowstairs and she gets the run of the main floor LOL. Your collector's life should get a boost from here for sure, plus we may get off topic or a little "childish" sometimes, say about 12 years old childish, right folks! =) Enjoy and I am sure you will fit right in. Just don't ask me about the weather! ;)

Welcome "new" Billy. We're always happy to have more new members that share our passion for collecting cardboard with pictures on them. This is easily the best forum-based trading/collecting site on the internet and I still thank the other Billy for introducing it to me a little over 3 years ago. I STILL find tons of stuff to do on here and am constantly trying to finish adding all of my cards here. I haven't even initiated a single trade yet, but have made a baker's dozen so far and have enough waiting to get to 2 dozen when I am ready to trade again. Enjoy the site and I hope we hear from you a lot in the forum!

Welcome Billy! I can totally relate to the "time consuming" aspect of your post. It's a bit theraputic for me. Nothing relaxes me more than grabbing my laptop, a box of cards, and my magnifying glass (can't see the small print like I used to) and cataloging my collection. I told my wife that I'll probably be doing this well into retirement...which won't even start for about another tem years!
