Does anybody know if when you are only missing maybe 4 cards from a set. Is there a way to list the set on screen and see which ones are missing. Without going down the whole list.

Add all missing to want list, view want list.

You can also use the drop down menu that starts with "All Cards" just above the "All Teams" drop down menu. You can select "Don't Have" or "Wants" (if they are already on your wantlist).

I kinda meant that if I have not entered these cards in order, just random is there a way to see the cards that are missing without knowing exactly what numbers they are?

It sounds like what Sun devil said would do the trick.  You have to be on the screen with the checklist boxes.  Change that drop menu on the upper right to Don't Have.  All the ones you do have will vanish from sight.
