What are we supposed to do when following the rules breaks the database?  Someone recently 'corrected' the card numbers on the 1997 Upper Deck Road to the Cup Predictor Plus Racing set.  The problem is, now we can't see any of the cards.  Every link to a card in this set now returns a "404 not found" error.  It seems to be because the card number includes the symbol "+", and that character is messing up the links.

Should the FAQ be updated to include a list of characters to omit when entering card numbers, or is there a behind-the-scenes coding fix for this problem?

I discovered that with the same set a year or so ago when I got some. I was able to correct it by going into the edit number field and and replacing the Plus with a hit of the space bar.

I seem to remember doing the same thing at one point.  I know how to change the card numbers so that the links will work again, but I want to fix the process so that the error is not introduced again the next time someone tries to be helpful.

The cards have an actual "+" prefix.  Sounds like a fix is required by Admin so the "+" is accepted.

I removed the "+" prefixes for now.

Did anyone alert Admin? I've been in dialog with Admin about a very similar issue with the "+" being in a set issuer's name but I had not seen this until just now.

It sounds like something I would do when I originally input my cards, but at this late date I can't remember. That was summer of 2016.
