Hi, I was putting together a checklist for Panini's 2014 football Contenders Draft Class Autographs and came across a bit of an issue. Checklists that I can find, including what is on the Panini website, show the cards numbered 1-30. I have one card from the set, and it is numbered RDA-TW. Without doing much searching, just from looking at scans at COMC, I have seen 16 of the 30 cards and their letters. However, the redemption cards for these cards say that you can redeem the card for card #8 (or whatever) and the player's name, not for the letters. Unlike some sets that use letters they are not listed on the Contenders checklist in alphabetical order.

1. So, to build the checklist, should I use the letters or numbers?
2. f I use the letters, should I put them in alphabetical order, or keep them in the number order that matches the Panini website (and that other sites use)?
3. As well, if I use letters, after searching for the ones I don't have, if I can't find any, should I just leave RDA-(blank) (without putting blank) to be filled in later as people find the card?

Use what's on the card, RDA-XX. The only card number I couldn't verify was Davante Adams. I would assume it is RDA-DA since Dri Archer is RDA-DAR. There's a possibility it could be RDA-DAD.

I personally would put it in order by players last name. When you create the checklist don't forget the Short Print (SP) in Note. Here's the checklist, all you need is Davante Adams card number:

I already have all the SP notations on my checklist. Thanks for all the updated letters. Do you really think updating by their last name is best, when using their first name would allow the checklist itself to be in alphabetical order? Does anyone else seem to think I should leave it in the order listed above, which is the order that Panini put it out in its checklist as numbers?

I wouldn't leave it in the order I pasted it in above. By last name or the number (letters), either way will be fine. I just put my vote in for last name.

OO, oo, - if we're voting, I vote for "Numerical" order by the card "number". RDA-AJ, RDA-AW, etc. But that's just me. :)
