Bulk change/add affiliates to minor league sets

Is there a way to bulk add affiliates to minor league sets instead of doing it player by player? I usually add these to begin with when I upload a checklist, but I collect a fair number of minor league cards and would like to add the correct affiliates to already added checklists.

Turning off trading because my collection is in complete disarray after moving and I don't know when I can get it organized.
