I scan as much as I can, when I can. I actually just bought a new scanner (about 2 weeks ago) to speed up the process b/c my old one kept malfunctioning. At the time I hooked it up, I was so busy with many trades on several sites that scans were scattered. I made sure to add scans of anything that I was trading away that was missing here. I haven't checked the 'close to completion' list in several months, but I didn't have the cards missing then, as far as I can recall. I actually just finished scanning 4 cards I pulled recently from a blaster of 2016 Panini Contenders Draft Picks Football. Of the 42 cards in the box, those were the only ones that were still missing scans. Two were AU's and two were inserts. I'm off to add them now.

I do realize that like everyone else that frequents this site and other site that they have a life and other responsibilities. My post was not meant to offend anyone but just a observation that we have some sets that are close to completion and if anyone did have those cards available for uploading a scan then that would be awesome. I for one have many cards that I own and the scans are needed but life gets in the way and my total disorganization of my collection has made is difficult to find the cards. I would also say my focus is a problem also LOL. I open a box and hey I did not know I had this card. Checks the DB and nope have not uploaded to my collection and hey I need to scan this card.

 

David, I looked at your recently uploaded scans and they are fine. Perfectly cropped and rotated and they don't look as if they were scanned through fog or a snowstorm. In other words, you do it right.
