So trying to get the teams figured out and need some help figuring out if these are the same sets or of they are different,  as it is currenlty listed on the site. Is there a difference between the parallel set 2005 Leaf Rookies & Stars - Longevity and the full set of 2005 Leaf Rookies & Stars Longevity. What are your thoughts??

"Leaf Rookies and Stars Longevity" is the hobby release and "Leaf Rookies and Stars - Longevity" is the parallel to the retail Rookies and Stars release. The teams will be the same between the 2 sets. The main differences b/t those two are the serial numbers and whether the RC cards are AU's, MEM's or both. You should be fine adding teams from one checklist to the other checklist!

and at least on the football side the name "longevitiy" is shown on the card twice i believe.. once under the R&S Emblem and the other across the card vertically i think (going off the top of my head)

Yes. Usually the "Longevity" in the background of the holofoil (hobby or retail) is more of a 45 degree angle, but it is always in foil under the R&S logo for the hobby version.
