MEM in Note.
Jersey in Note2.
Since it's three players, "Jersey / Jersey / Jersey" could also be used in Note2, especially if there are different materials used in other cards in the set. If the whole set is nothing but triple jerseys, then put that in the release notes and don't even worry about Note2.

Not sure if this is helpful or not but could the Note field just be another drop down box with fixed terms? It would help make things uniform in my opinion. Similar to the teams field and if multiple you can do that, but at least you know what the fixed terms are. In Note2 you can add any text, like vroomed metioned.. jersery, bat... sock (the Topps Now Aarron Judge card has a sock). Go figure.
edit* this may be an issue if you are adding SN cards as you can't add the number as fixed for everything but for AUTO, MEM and other things you would be able to.

I collect Ken Griffey Jr., Ichiro, Leroy Herrmann, and Ty France RCs. I ship in bubble mailers (with DC#), cards in sleeves, cases and team bags unless otherwise worked out with trade partner.

Believe me, if there was a way to make Note a drop down, we would have suggested it by now. Unfortunately, there are a couple hundred different entries (not even including all the variants of SN## and PR##) that could possibly be used, and then there are countless configurations of multiple uses ("AU, MEM, SN##", "AU, MEM", "AU, SN##", "MEM, SN##", just to show a sample of them).
We've thought about this. :)

There is a drop-down for filling in the Note field. It's just that you would have had to type it for a previous note! The autofill-like feature allows you to click something previously typed once you start typing.
