I clicked on the link for the Member Directory and noticed several people in the database have their birthday listed. Just curious, where did this come from? I don't recall ever listing my birthday, which is probably why it's not in the calendar. The profile doesn't have a "spot" to put that. Is there somewhere we are to enter that information?

Perhaps that wasn't an option when you joined. On my Profile page, my birthdate is listed b/t the "From" and "Collection" lines. Your line is blank there. I am guessing that you would have to go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile". A spot to add your birthday should be in there somewhere.

It was just added last month, at the same time as the "days since active" button as well. You should be able to update your profile now with your information, and there even may be a "allow" spot in there for it to be visible to other members.
Nope just a spot to add yoiur birthday (if you wish)

I think Admin put up a post about it in the To Do thread. They might want to start a new one as stuff is getting lost in that one.

Cool. I never noticed that, or rather never noticed its absence. Either it wasn't there when I joined or it was one of those that listed the year as well. I used to avoid mentioning my birthyear and if I site showed the year I would opt out. I still do sometimes. Getting old can be a pain. I updated my profile to show my birthday.

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards
