I recently acquired this Corey Crawford card.  I found the card in the system under this set...

I noticed the are very few teams assigned to the cards in this set.  None of the cards appear to have a team name written on the front.  I haven't scanned in yet, but on the front of the Corey Crawford card M-07 he is clearly wearing his Blackhawks and the mask has the Hawks logo and it says Chicago, but outside of that no other reference to the Chicago Blackhawks on the card.  

On the back of the card it says, the jersey on the front is actually a jersey from his Moncton Wildcats days.  Should that be the team listed or the Blackhawks or neither and just blank as it is?

I see card M-01 has a similar situation.  Raanta's mask shows the Sharks which is the team listed on the site, but the back of the card shows it is his Rockford IceHogs jersey.

Which team is the correct one or is the correct one no team?

This will be tough because ITG did not have the NHL license to make cards - they were signing the players.

Since the backs say what team the jersey swatch is from, I'd tend to go with them - they aren't showing the NHL team logos anyway.

The site's official stance is that stated teams are the team to be listed.  So regardless of what team is pictured, they should all be listed as whatever team the card says the swatch is from.  Additionally, if they are a minor league team, they should then also be linked to their NHL affiliate club (if they have one), so admin might need to be contacted to switch the perameters of the set so affiliates can be listed.  So, for example, the Antti Niemi card (#M-01) is currently mislabeled.  It should list the Rockford IceHogs as the team, and be linked to the Chicago Blackhawks as the affiliate.

I list the NHL team on ITG cards. My bad I guess but  IMO the MEM is not the primary reason for the card, the player is, so if he is shown in a Blackhawks Jersey, mask, et all. NHL it is. Maybe we should go with Admin on this one as ITG is pretty much a hockey thing for the most part correct?

M-01 is Niemi listed as a SJ Shark eventhough swatch is an AHL swatch ........... the Sharks logo is obviously visible on the mask, maybe not perfectly but to me it is a Sharks card not an Ice Hogs card. I agree it is one for Admin I guess, but there will be LOTS of fixing if I'm wrong. UGH

I feel like it would want the Crawford categorized as Blackhawks as he is wearing a Hawks mask and I'm looking to collect Blackhawks.  However, I can also see that may not always work out the same way or cleanly in other cases and why in general the site guideline goes another way.  Hmmm - maybe why these are all left uncategorized for the most part now that I thinking about this more 

In my collection, if I'm sorting by team, and no team is evident, they go in the "no team" box.  Generally the majority opinion is opposite of mine.
