I started my day by bumping into a sorting table and knocking a few hundred cards on the floor. Some were my collection. Some were traders. They all got mixed up. I've deleted my collection from the site now and i guess I'll start entering them again. Oh, I hate this. I need to re-strategize. I love this site, but i absolutely DETEST the work involved in entering my collection.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

My whole purpose is that I want to get rid of most of my collection. I would never want 2 million cards. I can't stand having 50,000 or whatever i have.

Same here. I want to pare down to just my collection binders. And just yesterday I had a pile of cards I sorted alphabetically. Of course you can never sort just once. It's inevitable you'll knock them on the floor at least once. Which I did.

Also, I should add that I had less than 2,000 cards entered when this mishap occurred, so it's not like I lost years of work. I did that mass-deletion a year ago.

I bought some 5000 count boxes and decided to stop using binders, so I'm in the process of deleting my collection and redoing it all. I started a second account earlier this year that will be used for set building and complete sets and my main account will be used for Royals and all my PC cards. I thought about using the new feature but figured I'd mess it up at some point and have to redo it all again.

I have all my cards sorted out (alphabetical by team, then by year and brand) and I have the cards that need to go into binders on a shelf near the binders. One day, I come home and one of my cats knocked over a large stack, so I had to resort them. Fortunately, they were all going into my binder, and not mixed collection and FS/T.

I've decided to have fun with it this time around. I'm not real sure what that means, but that's the plan.

Good plan. Let me know if you figure out how to making sorting fun. I had a 5,000 count box of pro-set football that I had sorted and ready to put on my trade list. As I was moving the box, I dropped it.....down the stairs.
