This site would be perfect (for me anyway, and that's what it's all about of course) if we could export our collection to excel or notepad (rather than just printing) and if there was an ability to track where you bought and how much you paid for a given card. Just saying.

You can put price paid and where you bought (Comment) in the card details.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

And the export to Excel has been brought up so much that I fear Admin may block that mention for eternity....

I'm literally afraid I'll get booted from the site if I ask again!

Time to bring it up again...Admins, we would love to see an export function! Please let us know what it would take to make it happen.
Thanks.

I've been collecting most of my life and rarely tracked where I got stuff from and even more rarely tracked the price I bought things for. IN recent years I have sort of done that with my mail day posts on a couple of forums, one in a blog feature on TCC and the other in the show and tell section at TCZ.
Exporting yeah that would be great might motivate me to actually continue to use an Excel spreadsheet to track my super massive unorganized collection.

I collect: Baseball, Football, Hockey, Mostly Vintage pre1980, My Homie teams - Washington/Baltimore Teams Senators (Twins, Rangers), Expos/Nationals, Redskins, Capitals, Bullets/Wizards - HOFers - Non-sport (mostly TV shows and movies). My Trade List is very much a work in progress CaptKirk42s Trading Card Blog Curly W Cards Strive For '65 YouTube klandersen42

Don't know how useful it would be to others but it would be helpful to see when a card was added to your for sale/trade list. I know you can see when a card was added to your collection via history but not sure that it is actually part of your detail for each card though.
