I don't see why it couldn't be added; do you have a checklist for those?

I collected the NBA heavily that year (my first with the sport) and I've never seen that before. I wonder if it was a store or regional exclusive?

You say it's a foldout.  Do you have complete front and back scans, fully opened?

I will supply a checklist and can supply scans of front and back opened inserts.

These were purchased in packs here in Australia - could be exclusive.

All foldouts are NNO so I placed them in random order. What a great set of historical headlines in this set. 

If someone can set up a checklist under 1995-96 Skybox, then I will add scans of unfolded booklets front and back to compliment the listing.

i can confirm, this was an Australia exclusive.  I have a full set that came from Fleer / Skybox archives and it was identified by Fleer / Skybox as "Aussie Only"

FWIW I definitely remember these in New Zealand as well. (No doubt we get the same treatment as Australia for these releases.)
