There is precedent for listing the sticker intact / sticker peeled conditions as parallels in the database. In Racing, the 1995 Traks Series Stars set came with a static cling decal on the front. The cards in pack pulled condition are listed here:

And there are two listings for the cards with the decals removed because there are two parallel sets underneath:

In the aftermarket there is no way to know which version lies underneath the decal until you peel it off.
