I think I found a paralell set in the 2008 Upper Deck Final Edition. As I was entering the cards I have I noticed 6 of them had a high gloss front and a high gloss back rather than the dull back. So are some of these cards actually high gloss withing the set or is it actually a parallel to the base set. I dont want to mark these for trade until I know for sure what they are. I wish my scans would show so you can possibly see the difference I am seeing and if someone else has cards in this set maybe you can shed some light

There was a thread about this just before you joined. Literally within a few days. One is from the factory set and one is from the packs...I don't remember which is which but I THINK the glossy might be from the factory set.

Are you referring to UD First Edition?  The non-glossy cards are actually from the factory set.  I bought a factory set a couple months ago so that's how I was able to figure it out.
