Need help finding these 2 cards in the database. 2008 Leaf Certified Materials cards #165 Erik Ainge, and card #199 Vernon Gholston. These are the Unsigned, No SN Variations. These are not just missing the SN and autograph, they have an actual Bio in the middle of the card back. Where the autographed variations instead say "the attached autograph is an official autograph signed by" each respective player.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

They appear to be base cards. Perhaps there is a mistake with the back end of the checklist on SNs and production runs?

i'm pretty sure this set had a mixture of the RC's.. there was the base and a variation that had the auto. If you refer to COMC .. it has Ainge labeled as 165.2 which is auto and SN'd.
I can understand the SN not being there, as I've seen some wear or fall away- other than that can't explain the auto unless it is a variation of that. Leaf did this with a few sets- contained a mixture of auto's and non-auto's mixed up within the set. I could be wrong though.. if i am- someone please correct.

It looks that way. A lot of the cards that actually have scans in the DB do not have the AU. (There are some that do.) Maybe someone with better knowledge of the football products knows about this particular product and can assist.

I have copies of both variations, autographed (which are SN) and non-autographed (which are not SN). If the non-autographed cards are not already in the database, I was hoping that someone could add them.

I added the 2 cards you have, since we KNOW about them. (Can someone else please annotate the Note2 stuff and take care of the numbering? Thanks.)

They made 2 distinct variations. It is not that the SN and the auto are missing. The autographed cards mention on the backs, that it is an "official autograph obtained and guaranteed by Donruss Playoff L.P." The non-autographed variation, has a short Bio on each respective player.

Yes it is. I love error cards! I don't actively search for them, but if I come across them I keep them. Two of the better ones that I have are a nice 1995-96 Topps Jason Kidd NNO card. Just a solid blue circle where the #146 should be. I also have the 1991 Topps Chris Hoiles White Boarder Error, a pretty rare find.
