I can't identify the set, but Bing picture searches tell me card 1 is Joe Montana and card 2 is Ken Griffey Jr. I'm thinking it came in a wooden plaque display with a nameplate screwed in, like you would have seen at Kmart. That's just from memory though. I could be wrong. But it's definitely multi sport from what I see.

The 1991 Arena
Hologram cards were
distributed through
hobby dealers and
feature famous
athletes. According
to Arena,
production
quantities were
limited to 250,000
of each card. The
standard-size
hologram cards have
on the
horozontially
oriented backs a
color photo of the
player in a tuxedo.
Ken Griffey Jr.
Frank Thomas, David
Robinson, Joe
Montana and Barry
Sanders all signed
cards with each
being serial
numbered by hand. A
card-sized
certificate of
authenticity was
also issued with
each signed card.

I also saw a prototype of Montana online that said it was limited to 99,000. Not individually numbered though.

The 5th player to
show up in these
sets is Pat
Falloon, from Ice
Hockey. He was the
Sharks first draft
pick ever.
I've seen 3
different promos
just of Joe
Montana. Plus the
regular version. No
idea if they did
the other players
in the same manner,
but there is a
chance they did.
