Card Identification Forum

Can anyone help me find this card in the database?  I tried looking among the plethora of 2006 Derrek Lee Upper Deck cards, but I didn't see it.  Not sure if I'm missing something obvious, or if this set should be added.

I know the 30 players in the set, but only know three card numbers. From the link in the OP, you can see the list of players in the set. It only showed 28 teams and players but I have seen evidence of the 2 missing teams (Twins / Johan Santana, Nationals / Nick Johnson).
