The 1994 Action Packed football package fronts featured duplicate card faces of various players. They were also numbered. I believe there were a total of 6 different package fronts. I have all but #5 Jim Kelly. Should these package fronts be considered a related set?

I know there's a tab, spot, whatever you call it for packaging in the database under each set.

I have several of these myself. They were the box tops of the Action Packed Cards. There are several players on these depending on where they shipped and when most likely. I have several and keep them in the Comic Book Protector Type Pages. Action Packed Cards being embossed are sensitive to pressure in the face fronts. The edges of the embossed photo can rub and wear. I have put every card I've ever bought into sleeves or protectors etc to avoid handling marks or issues. These were the part of the box top that the Hobby Shop person would break away from the lid and it it stood up to display the base cards look so to not open packs everytime a customer asked what this or that pack looked like. Hobby Shops opened many a pack just to show the details etc but where I bought and worked at times when I had time, we always opened a box and put the variations in toploaders to attach to the shelf the box sat on for customers to see instead of breaking packs etc. Hope I helped and have a blessed weekend ahead. ROLL TIDE ROLL!

If I were a collector of tin cans, I would certainly go after those. Right up there with the 1/1 Succotash where the Jolly Green Giant has a sparkle in his left eye.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'd say they are a related set for sure, box bottoms for OPC get listed as sets, both as singles and panels so why not these? Admin is the safest route as always C2C.

Just a sore subject with me. Admin told me no in 2014. Yet I see the cans (packages) listed. And I know there are also metal boxes (lids) listed. I guess I should list my 1993 Playoff boxes. When is packaging not packaging? At what point does a package become a card and get listed?

I can see why the metal tins might be considered as over-sized but maybe it has something to do with the info/writing all over them, I guess I should look at the cans before I use that as a reason. Ooops. But there are some exceptions for sure.
