Need a little aid in identifing this properly. This GU is serially number. Is it a refractor as it says "refractor" on the back but I have seen serially unnumbered refractors on Ebay. So just what specific group should this be under? Thanks again.

All the refractors I see on eBay right now are #/199. I wonder if somebody was selling an unnumbered base card and called it a refractor by mistake. ------------------------------- I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

That is the regular refractor. Topps had some relic cards as part of the base set that year, not all of them have the relic note tag on the Database. That was the first year they serially numbered the refractors, if it is like the NBA set, which it most likely is, as it uses the exact same design.
