Making a semi-educated guess I'd say it is 2008 Donruss as a promo available in 7-11 stores. I spotted this blog post about the set.

By the looks of it, I would say while its a promo set, it should be added as its own set. It wasn't included with any other set, so it should be on its own. If you add it, maybe add a note that it is a promo set.

Surprisingly, It's not a football card either. That photo on the front is obviously a screen shot of madden 09, a video game that would have been released in 08. The game itself was not exclusively sold at 7-11, so my guess would be that the 10 card set was? I didn't realize that video games, (WOW excluded. What a market that game has created,) GOT cards. I created my own set once from NHL 2000 as a kid, got up to 13 cards and faltered, never printed. not real players, all my created players. Man were the Penguins stacked!!
It honestly looks like an advertisement set you could only collect from a 7-11. nothing more.

My vote is a separate "Oddball" set. My suggested designation: 2008 7-Eleven Madden '09

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I'd have to respectfully disagree with Billy Kingsley. I could be alone in this, but I think "Promos" should be reserved for promotions of upcoming trading card sets. This set is not promoting an upcoming card set, it's promoting a video game.
