UD Superstars has 300 cards in the Base Set, and this is not one of them. I have also checked all of the UD Superstars Insert Sets and cannot find this card. or this UD25 numbering style.

This is a promo set, I believe. I have DiMaggio, Gretzky, and others, all with the UD prefix.

That card is part of the "Spokesmen" insert set from the 2002-03 UD Superstars release. Part of a 30-card set.
