A couple points:
1 - This could just be a printing flaw. In which case, admin has stated they are not listed.
2 - This could be an unscrupulous seller altering a card. If you take a regular pencil eraser to most cards, you can actually erase the ink off it (especially the fronts of the older Topps cards). I actually sold a card to someone (on ebay) that had major ink splots on the front (1978 Topps), and they took an eraser to it and called it a "fade mark" and sold it for about 8x what I sold it for. I'm not sure about UD ink. But, the surface is about the same. If the eraser is rubbed lightly, it's hard to tell it was erased.
3 - I doubt UD was using Kravchuk for promo material. I think they were using Gretzky and Yzerman back then.
