2.5" x 3.75" card with bluish picture of Tony Lazzeri with his name and 2B at bottom of card.  All time Nw York Yankee team listed on back of card. Gehrig, Lazzeri, Rolfe, Rizzuto, Ruth, Mantle, DiMaggio, Dickey. Ruffing, Ford, Murphey, and

Stengel and positions they played.  Only other info on back of card is at bottom - T.C.M.A.  LTD  1975  .

This card was part of a group of cards I purchased at a local auction.  They came from an estate, and the family knew nothing about this card.   Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this is part of the 1975 The Card Memorabilia Associates or TCMA collection of All Time Yankee greats. This card runs on average of between $1.50 to $3.50 in EX-M condition.  If this is the card the front will state 2B  Tony Lazzeri and the back will read the following;

Thanks so much for your help.  That is it.  The card I have is not in good shape, but I had not seen one like it.   I started collecting in the mid 50's as a kid.  Got away from it in high school, college, and with a young family.   Mom didn't throw my cards away as happened to others that I know.  Have picked up a wide variety of baseball cards at area general auctions in the last 30 years.  1997 is the newest cards I  have and they go back to a handful of 1953 &1954  cards. Most of those cards are in reasonable shape for their age except for -a tack hole, or a piece of tape - (had to hang them on bulletin board before I knew better ).  Am in process of cataloging them by year and maker with intent of getting them ready to sell.  No one else in the family has any interest in them.  This site has been great for helping me with that process  as I have cards from around 22-23 different issuers.

Glad to here that was the correct card.  You were one of the lucky ones, as my parents did not throw my cards away either.  Now at age 50 with the full collection still in hand, I am wishing I had been a little bit more efficient in organizing these cards.  I started my account at the end of Julythis year and have input approximately 25,000 cards with close to a million to go.  It will be interesting to see if my determination can outlast the age factor.  This site is truly the greatest assett one could ask for in revisiting the hobby and organizing a collection.  Good luck in your efforts!!!!!
