I agree with the NO = Homemade, Custom, Unlicensed vote.
There is at least one other home company like "Future Stock" that has the same sort of look. That soft cloudy faded look on the back, sometimes they use that look on the front as well. I forget the name of the other "company" I'm thinking of but they often use the same photo front and back and are not serial numbered. Also well made.
As to what 2Cigars said about the athletes/stars not suing these people I think there are two main factors 1) The athletes are making so much legiitmate money they don't really care and 2) The athletes are not aware of these companies. Not very likely, more likely the athletes their reps and their lawyers are aware of these but feel it isn't big enough of an impact to be worth fighting it.

I'll stop short of calling them junk. They appear to be well made and I wouldn't fault someone for enjoying owning one. Just don't expect anyone to pay actual money for one when it's time to get rid of it.
